Progress Pics
June 24, 2018It’s progress pic time! I’m wishing I had taken pictures at the very beginning of my fitness journey in January. I was afraid I would get too discouraged before I even started. So don’t be like me! Be PROUD of your journey! I was only confident enough to take my pictures when I had seen a lot of progress. I have lost nearly 20 pounds! Without further ado, here they are!
I’m finally pleased with this progress I’m making. I still have further to go to get where I want to be, but it’s enough to where I am back to pre-pregnancy weight! It is exciting!
My biggest issue, as you can see is my tummy area. I am most definitely pear-shaped so my bottom half trims up slower than the rest of my body. But it’s okay! I will love my body in this progress and keep motivated with the progress I’ve made so far! After all, I did have a baby 17 months ago!
My husband took his progress pics as well. He makes me sick.
But I guess when you have a job with built-in cardio included you don’t have to work as hard!
